What about if my voucher expired during the pandemic?
At the end of March 2020 we offered free, 3 month extensions to any voucher holders who's voucher was due to expire before the end of August 2020. That offer has now finished as events have been back up and running since the 1st of July.
If your voucher has expired very recently and there has been an extenuating circumstance as to why you have not been able to use it then we will look at it on a case-by-case basis.
We would usually only offer flexibility where the voucher holder has been unable to drive due to an injury or medical condition for the majority of the validity period of their voucher - or - if there has been a bereavement in the direct family. Any other reasons are likely not to be accepted.
To submit an application to extend an expired voucher please follow the link below and fill in our enquiry form. Please make sure you include your VEN voucher number and the word 'extension' in the subject.
