If you have called to check availability and the event is either full or you cannot attend any of the spaces offered you can exchange your experience.
An upgrade fee will be required for an experience of higher value. We recommend voucher holders call us as early as possible after receiving your voucher in order to be offered the widest range of dates and times.
Availability will become more and more limited towards the end of the season (September and October) and many experiences will not run during the winter months of November, December, January and February.
