We want to take this opportunity to remind our customers that, even with the recent ease of restrictions surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic by the UK Government on 4th July, our customer service team is still operating at a reduced capacity.
We are doing this to ensure the safety and well being of all our staff, so that all social distancing measures are being followed properly in our offices where they are working. As such, you may have noticed that our response times for calls, e-mails and chats are taking a bit longer than they otherwise usually would be dealt with.
We would like to assure you that we are endeavouring to assist with any queries you may have as quickly as we are able to given the circumstances, and that your patience, cooperation and understanding at this time is greatly appreciated.
Own Vehicle Track Days
As lockdown is easing so have the restrictions on track day events. Here is the document explaining the changes - how MSV are keeping you safe. Other circuits are adopting similar protocols but we do not have any official updates from them yet.
Please keep a close eye on your emails as last minute changes are likely and it's vital you are aware of the most up to date instructions in terms of the event sign-on and registration process.
With the announcement that instructed driving can take place from the 4th July, most of the operators in England will start running events again. Please note however that Wales and Scotland have yet to announce any changes so we still do not know when events their will start running.
If you have a gift voucher that is due to expire soon and you wish to redeem it at a Welsh or Scottish location please contact us before it expires and we can arrange a free extension for you.

Customer Service - Call Centre
Our call centre is open but with reduced staff numbers so we can maintain social distancing at the office. We will be taking calls, online chats and emails but please be patient and expect longer than usual wait and reply times. We will email customers with updates about any changes to up and coming events as soon as we are informed.
