Booking Refund Protection
We offer Booking Refund protection with our partner 'XCover', which is available at a cost of 10% of the value of your booking.
We recommend you include this option in order to get a full refund of the purchase price should you or anyone in the party be unable to attend due to:
- Injury or illness happening to you, or a member of your immediate family.
- Adverse weather including snow, frost, fog or storm where the Police or Government have issued travel warnings.
- The mechanical breakdown, accident, fire or theft en route of a private vehicle taking you to the booked event. This does not cover breakdown of your track day vehicle if you are not using that vehicle as transport to the venue.
If you need to make a claim, you simply fgo to xcover.com/claim using your reference and the team at XCover will review your case. In almost all situations you will be required to give proof/evidence of your situation such as a Doctors note or breakdown service receipt.
