As long as your voucher has not been redeemed or has not expired, you can exchange it for any other experience we offer. A top-up payment will be required to exchange for an experience of a higher value.
If you changing to an experience of a lesser value, the remaining credit will be stored on your voucher until the expiry date or until it is used against another experience.
To exchange your voucher, you first need to redeem it on our system. Once you've entered your details and activated your voucher, select the option that states 'Would you like to exchange or upgrade your voucher?'
You'll then be able to choose a new experience and pay any necessary upgrades.
