How to make a Booking Refund Protection Claim
If you are unable to attend your booking due to unforeseen circumstances and can provide evidence as listed in the XCover Full Terms and Conditions, you should be eligible for a full refund.
You will need your refund protect reference number to apply for your refund using this
xcover.com/claim
(your booking protect reference is not the same as your booking reference number).
This will have been emailed to you, but if you have lost the email you can ask for your refund protect reference by contacting us at the foot of this page.
Please make the subject of your message 'What is my Refund Protect Reference'
