Extenuating circumstances
If your voucher has expired very recently and there has been an extenuating circumstance as to why you have not been able to use it then we will look at it on a case-by-case basis.
We would usually only offer flexibility where the voucher holder has been unable to drive due to an injury or medical condition for the majority of the validity period of their voucher - or - if there has been a bereavement in the direct family. Any other reasons are likely not to be accepted.
To speak us regarding an extenuating circumstance, please call us on 01376 809001. Please do not enquire using email or messenger as you will receive an automated reply.

Why do you charge an extension fee?
There are two reasons why we charge an extension fee:
- Firstly, our supplier prices go up on a regular basis, so if you plan to use your voucher outside its expiry date, this will in most cases mean the supplier cost will be more than it was when you originally received/purchased the voucher.
- Secondly, there are administration costs in relation to the business accounts.
