Regretfully under no circumstances can we cancel, refund or reschedule an experience once a date has been booked, so please ensure you, or the person(s) you are buying the event for are able to attend the date chosen before you make the order.
Refunds on unwanted vouchers can only be made to the person who purchased the voucher minus the admin and processing fee (see our Terms & Conditions). Unless redeemed or expired, vouchers can be transferred to a different person with the permission of the voucher holder and/ or purchaser.
